The Event Center has a minimum 4 hour rental at $50 / hour. We do offer half day and full day rental discounts.

What is the Bierman?
It’s an Event Venue with 2 Upstairs Loft Apartments available for long term stays as well as short term. The event center + the two lofts are also available to be used at the same time as a great package for weddings, family reunions, and more.
Coming Fall 2024:The event center will be expanding to allow for bigger parties and/or two separate events at the same time!
